1.6 pounds for a total of 7.8 pounds lost. Still having issues with eating all my points. My goal for this week is to TRACK my points and EAT all my points - and maybe even go into my reserve...
I also got a bike. I rode for a little while on Sunday - my legs were soar afterward - but not too bad. Then I decided to ride it again yesterday - Bob had advised against it - but I wasn't hurting so, I thought no big deal. I rode around the block - it's a large block - and I thought I was going to die before I got home. My legs were hurting so bad - I had to keep moving or they would buckle under me. Bob suggested I sit in a bathtub of COLD water - which I did - that did relieve the pain. I plan to ride again tomorrow - but not on any of the hills or inclines - just on the flat road in front of the house.
We'll see how that goes.
