My old "diet" mindset had definitely set in yesterday. On any other "diet" I would have to starve myself the rest of the week to make up for eating almost 1000 calories at one meal - but I really only used 10 of my extra points. I still have 25extra points to use - and my activity points - so it's not like I'm bankrupt.
Also, today I started over with my 24 points for the day. I'm really liking this - but it is definitely not what I'm use to! YEAH!
