I actually got a 5 pound star tonight at Weight Watchers. I have lost 6.2 pounds since I started WW. Tonight was my 4th meeting. According to my scale I have lost 10.5 pounds since I started on March 21st. I talked to one of the ladies that celebrated 25 pounds tonight - I asked her if she actually eats all of her points. She said yes, and that she suggests I let myself eat all my points per day and even go into my reserve - that otherwise my body could be holding on to calories because it's afraid it won't get more. I think she is actually right - the week I did the best was the week I went into my reserve points. I'm going to try harder to eat at least my points everyday.
I'm less than 4 pounds from my 5% goal. I also lost 1 point because of my weight loss.
So, I'm off to keep earning stars!
