The scale was not my friend tonight at Weight Watchers

At least not as friendly as I had hoped . . . According to WW I only lost 1 pound this week - for a total of 8.8 - but according to my scale I have lost 2.5 pounds since last Tuesday.

Oh well!

Bob tried to make me feel better by telling me "well, you were gaining weight like crazy, now at least you lost a pound." Hmmmm - for some reason that didn't make me feel any better! I can't wait until he uses his "Wow! You've lost a TON of weight". It wouldn't be the first time for him to use that one!

I am finding my capree pants are now almost to my ankles - because they don't fit where they're suppose to - so at least I'm seeing progress that way!

I guess I could have Niko take my picture with a pound of butter!!!!!!!!!!
